Course 1: Choice of Soup

Classic Colossal Shrimp Cocktail

Russian Beet Salad Timbale with Goat Cheese 

Maryland Crab Cake with Old Bay Aioli

Grilled Filet of Beef with Port Demi 

Airline Chicken Breast with Citrus Saffran Beurre Blanc 

Braised Lamb Shank with Truffle-scented Risotto and Portobello 

Ratatouille with Pesto Oil 

** Please note that both Filet and Chicken will be served with Roasted Fingerling Potato, Broccolini, and Oven-Roasted Roma Tomato. Lamb Shank and Vegetarian options are as described.

Reservations are required, and walk-ins will not be accepted. Please be sure to make sure your reservation through the Foretees App. Reservations will be available from 5PM - 7PM every 30 minutes for the fixed New Year's Eve Dinner. Please Note: The Canter will be closing at 8PM this evening to accommodate the New Year's Eve Dinner. The Canter will be serving the standard Ala Carte menu up until 4PM. Dinner Service from 5PM - 8PM will REQUIRE a reservation. Please make all reservations through Foretees. Ala Carte Ordering will not be available after 4PM.

The Club and Canter will be CLOSED on Monday, January 1st.
