7-8pm Hors D'oeuvres including oyster bar, steamed shrimp, charcuterie, lamb chops, crab balls, fruit, and vegetable spring rolls

8-9:30pm Carving Station w/tenderloin, rosemary sea-salted roasted turkey.

Buffet:  sea bass, chicken marsala, rooted vegetable medley, green beens. mashed potato bar, and mac and cheese bar.

Desert:  macaroons, ice cream bar, assorted pies & cakes
